𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗮 𝗔𝗱𝘀 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns for our clients.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete campaign process—from developing campaign ideas and funnels to creating ads, setting up tracking, building landing pages, and optimizing campaigns for better results.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Ideate campaign strategies and marketing funnels from scratch.

• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and server-side tracking.

• Create and test ad creatives using AI tools and Figma.

• Design and build high-converting landing pages, including using modern AI/vibe coding tools where required.

• Monitor, test, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

• Manage multiple client accounts and campaigns.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel, CAPI, event tracking, and conversion tracking.

• Experience creating ad creatives using AI tools and Figma.

• Ability to build effective marketing funnels and high-converting landing pages.

• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPL, CTR, and qualified leads.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns efficiently.

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) is good to have.

• Experience working with an Australian agency or Australian clients is highly preferred.

• Experience running campaigns for professional services clients is a plus.
