Where should we start with AI?
With one workflow or feature where the payoff is clear and you have examples to test on. We prototype that first, so you see results on your own data before you commit to a bigger build.
Do you train custom models or use APIs like OpenAI and Claude?
Mostly APIs. GPT and Claude models, combined with your own data through retrieval, cover most product features and ship faster. We only suggest custom training when tests on your data show an existing model can't reach the accuracy you need.
How do you keep our data private when using AI?
We send models only the data a feature needs, mask personal details where we can, and use provider plans that don't train on your data. If data must stay in a region or your own cloud, we design for that from day one.
How long does an AI development project take?
A prototype on your data takes weeks rather than months. Building it into a production app takes longer, depending on integrations and the accuracy you need. We plan in stages, so each one ends with something you can evaluate.
